Description du poste

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager specialised in AI to join the Clinical teams at Doctolib.

As a Product Manager for this team, your mission is to define, prioritise, and manage the value of this AI product for healthcare professionals.

You will have the opportunity to work on use-cases of AI to support practitioners' daily lives as well as work on strategic features, such as addressing or anamnesis assistants.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Understand users' needs and ensure products deliver expected impact:
    • Continuously connect with end-users and evaluate AI products to meet the organisation's evolving needs.
    • Lead scoping, exploration, and collaborate with stakeholders and ML/AI teams to ensure AI products deliver the expected impact.
    • Identify opportunities to advise/guide users when leveraging complex AI products.
  2. Define AI products vision and set up roadmap:
    • Build a long-term AI product vision to guide development efforts.
    • Contribute to OKRs definition.
    • Implement a product management approach to optimise user satisfaction, impact, and scalability of AI products.
  3. Define and prioritise solutions:
    • Develop a roadmap to achieve the vision, working with AI, Data, and software teams, and stakeholders like medical experts.
    • Contribute to short/mid-term prioritisation, consulting with stakeholders and AI & Data teams, and allocate resources effectively.
    • Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Coordinate with tech leads on team delivery.
  4. Identify and approach M&A opportunities, particularly for AI and HealthTech start-ups:
    • Analyse the competitive landscape.
    • Engage potential partners and/or acquisition targets, representing the company.
    • Collaborate with the M&A support team to close deals.

Our technical environment includes:

  • Leading generative AI models like OpenAI’s GPTs, Whisper, and Mistral.
  • ML libraries in Python (no technical expertise required).
  • TypeScript and Ruby for software development (no technical expertise required).
Who you are
  • Must have:
    • Proficiency in French to evaluate models for French speakers.
    • Strong expertise in Product Management with ML and AI features (ability to collaborate with ML engineers).
    • Curiosity and interest in AI innovations (GenAI, LLM, NLP, recommendation systems).
    • Understanding of AI and data delivery constraints and how to deliver value quickly.
  • Nice to have:
    • Former Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
    • Experience in Healthtech companies.
