We're searching for our next French- and English-speaking Client Relationship Technical Support Specialist. You could be involved in:
Technical Support
Technical Client Understanding
Local Industry Standards
Internal Functional Support
Operational Client Relationships
Technical Client Servicing
You will have:
Degree in Finance or a related area
First experience in a financial sector operational environment - and/or managing client relationships
Experience relating to the negotiation/implementation of Service Level and Legal Agreements
Sound IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Client Relationship Management systems
Strong numeracy and written skills
You have the ability to:
Understand the financial markets and investment products
Bring periodic flexibility regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel
Motivate yourself and work autonomously with good time management and organisational skills
Work independently and within a team environment to build and maintain strong working relationships through coaching and mentoring
Be fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
