Responsibilities :

This role reports to the Senior Key Account Manager and involves independently managing assigned accounts, including planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting activities to meet sales targets using allocated budgets.

  1. Plan, initiate, coordinate, and execute promotional programs to maximize sales and exceed targets.
  2. Manage trade spend and discounts effectively.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to position SBF as the preferred supplier.
  4. Participate in annual trading terms negotiations.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on program planning and execution.
  6. Work with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability aligned with promotion plans.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in retail or FMCG, preferably in spirits.
  3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
  4. Presentable, outgoing, open-minded, team-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in English, with French and Spanish skills considered a plus.
  7. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  8. Immediate availability is preferred.
  9. Result-oriented team player with a collaborative approach.
  10. Focus on business and relationship building.
  11. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
