Job Opportunity: Product Coordinator OPS

Located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, we support the auto destruction industry in its digital transformation, making access to used auto parts more accessible for everyone. Currently, over 600 authorized VHU centers use our Opisto software daily, broadcasting more than 7 million reusable parts in real-time on our websites.

As a growing company focused on the future, 67 team members design, develop, and sell innovative solutions to meet the needs of VHU centers and promote the use of reused parts. We are seeking a Product Coordinator OPS (also known as Incident Manager) to strengthen our Product team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work under the supervision of the Head of Product, collaborating with Product Managers, support teams, and developers.
  • Refine topics with teams to ensure understanding, facilitate resolution, and track progress via indicators (volume, processing time, etc.).
  • Present user needs to Product Managers and suggest optimization paths.
  • Encourage a continuous improvement dynamic.
  • Identify product evolution opportunities to reduce incident volume or impact.
  • Perform post-incident analysis to measure success (user research, data).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in incident management, product coordination, or project management.
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment (e.g., SCRUM).
  • Rigorous, organized, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Fluent in English.

Bonus: previous experience in automotive and/or e-commerce sectors.
