Responsibilities: As part of the Human Resources Department in Versailles, the Yvelines Department is recruiting a Recruitment Officer (H/F). Main tasks include managing a recruitment portfolio, analyzing staffing needs, sourcing candidates, advising on recruitment choices, managing relations with schools, and overseeing administrative processes for interns and apprentices.

Key activities:

  • Managing recruitment processes: needs assessment, advertisement creation, pre-selection, reference checks, responding to applications.
  • Conducting interviews (in person, video, or phone) to evaluate skills, attitude, and motivation.
  • Promoting shortlisted candidates to operational managers and supporting decision-making.
  • Monitoring applications with professionalism, maintaining employer brand.
  • Handling campaigns and recruitment of interns and apprentices, including administrative management.
  • Hosting onboarding and training sessions for interns and apprentices.
  • Representing the department with candidates and partners.
  • Processing spontaneous applications across the recruitment scope.

Continuous improvement & procedures:

  • Monthly reporting: dashboards, activity reports.
  • Data quality control in activity tools.
  • Conducting studies and activity assessments.
  • Developing procedures and operational modes related to HR activities.

Candidate profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a local authority in recruitment and school relations management. Autonomous in managing a recruitment portfolio.

Skills: Proficiency in Office Suite and HR tools (Talentsoft), knowledge of HR policies, communication skills, teamwork, autonomy, active listening, discretion, analytical skills, organization, and confidentiality.

Other info: Permanent position of Category B in the territorial public service, open to statutory recruitment or a 36-month CDD, renewable, potentially leading to a CDI.
