Responsibilities: As part of the Human Resources Department in Versailles, the Yvelines Department is recruiting a Recruitment Officer (H/F). Main tasks include managing a recruitment portfolio, analyzing staffing needs, sourcing candidates, advising on recruitment choices, managing relations with schools, and overseeing administrative processes for interns and apprentices.

Candidate profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a local authority in recruitment and school relations management. Autonomous in managing a recruitment portfolio.
Skills: Proficiency in Office Suite and HR tools (Talentsoft), knowledge of HR policies, communication skills, teamwork, autonomy, active listening, discretion, analytical skills, organization, and confidentiality.
Other info: Permanent position of Category B in the territorial public service, open to statutory recruitment or a 36-month CDD, renewable, potentially leading to a CDI.
