Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Operations for Bitget, focusing on trading services, especially derivatives trading, including contract trading, spot trading, payments, wealth management, cryptocurrency cards, pledge and interest-earning services, and unmanaged wallets.

Key Features and Services:

• Contract Trading: Bitget is renowned for its contract trading services, allowing users to trade contracts on major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ether, alongside spot trading of various digital assets like USDT.
• Social Trading: Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring platform efficiency and compliance. Provide operational advice and decision support to management, enhancing resource allocation, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs for the operations team.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance across operations.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making with data insights.
• Report progress to senior management and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial industries preferred.
• At least 5-7 years in operation management, with 3+ years in team leadership.
• Familiarity with decentralized exchanges (DEX), platform management, cross-border e-commerce, or globalization platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for international teams.
• Strong self-discipline and stress management skills in multi-tasking environments.
