Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum of €355 per day for referral work, with larger projects paying higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our team handles all client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant on client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for future instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
7. Receive a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral.

Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional grammar and telephone manner.
