Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Taking part in daily food preparation respecting spec sheets and established quality standards
• Working at various stations (hot, cold, and adapting to specific situations such as allergies and menu changes)
• Ensuring that HACCP norms are respected in your restaurant
• Developing dynamic communication and a spirit of initiative within your kitchen brigade

Do you have the right profile?

• You have a culinary degree or certificate; experience working in a kitchen is a plus
• You have solid traditional culinary skills and enjoy teamwork
• You perform well under pressure and handle rushes easily and effectively
• You are aware that you must be flexible to work mornings and/or evenings depending on your team’s organization

Additional Information:

You apply for this job under a 35-hour fixed-term contract (CDD, minimum 2 weeks during French school holidays) or a permanent contract (CDI). The interviews will be held remotely for positions located in Marne-La-Vallée.
