Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide debugging of regional products, organize technical training, and perform maintenance and upgrades (including inverters, data collectors, and management systems).
  2. Work on product technology and solutions such as photovoltaic inverters; draft and review technical agreements; provide project technical information; prepare technical bids.
  3. Gather and analyze medium- and long-term customer needs for products; contribute to product planning and development; participate in product development review processes.
  4. Engage in market analysis for photovoltaic inverter products; support customers technically and respond to inquiries.
  5. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  1. At least three years of experience in digital energy solutions or technical support; product development experience is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in English for work purposes; native-level proficiency in the local language; multilingual skills are a plus.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive in addressing customer feedback and requirements.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
