SPIE Global Services Energy, acteur international, recherche un E&I Construction Manager pour des opérations onshore et offshore en Angola. Vous apporterez votre expertise en supervision sur site et gestion d'équipes tout en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations. Ce rôle clé nécessite au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pétrolière et gazière, avec une capacité à travailler dans des environnements variés.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du pétrole et du gaz.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipes locales (Angolais).

Responsabilités

  • Supervision des opérations sur site onshore à Luanda et offshore à Dalia FPSO.
  • Préparation des cartes de travail et distribution des tâches quotidiennes.
  • Suivi de la conformité aux règles QHSE.

Description du poste

Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas production unit operations, maintenance, and the Renewable Energy market,

SPIE Global Services Energy was selected to provide this activity for the BLOCK 3 PROJECT in ANGOLA.

In order to participate in the growth of our Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a E&I CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (H/F).

This position is located ONSHORE & OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4.

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:

  • Site preparation (materials, logistics, personnel)
  • Preparation of job cards based on a schedule and task prioritization
  • Onshore supervision (Luanda) / Offshore supervision (Dalia FPSO)
  • Monitoring hours/reporting
  • Distribution of daily tasks
  • Monitoring and updating planning and POB (Personnel on Board)
  • Compliance with QHSE regulations
  • Document management
  • Precom - Com - Red Markups
Profile

We are primarily looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of Oil & Gas, onshore or offshore.
  • Management experience with local teams (Angolans).
  • Ability to organize and allocate tasks according to the schedule and job cards.
  • Good knowledge of E&I equipment, tools, and tube fitting.
