E-Commerce & Website Marketing Specialist (with IT Focus) for Fashion Brand

RIMMBA is a luxury slow fashion brand based in Bali, specializing in naturally dyed silk garments. We are looking for a full-time team member with a strong background in Shopify, digital marketing, and web optimization.

This is not just a website maintenance role — we need someone who can drive online sales, implement smart campaigns, and grow our digital presence. You’ll be responsible for improving performance across Shopify, email marketing, and social media touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the Shopify backend: site speed, SEO, mobile optimization, product uploads

Make swift adjustments to templates, layouts, fonts, and visuals as needed

Ensure all product images are clean, crisp, and optimized for conversion

Run email marketing, automate flows, and utilize our mailing list effectively

Set up and manage ads and marketing campaigns (Shopify, IG, TikTok)

Strategically select products and visuals for each campaign — and analyze/adjust based on performance

Position RIMMBA competitively in the market as a high-end sustainable brand

Scale advertising smartly — starting with a small test budget, then building toward high-impact returns

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience growing a fashion brand (bonus if from small to large scale)

Understands the Shopify backend deeply — themes, apps, performance, and structure

Has strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid campaigns via Google, Instagram and online platforms.

Has a strong design eye — understands branding and layout.

Works quickly and independently, communicates clearly, and solves problems.

Speaks and writes in English and confident in both tech and creative tasks.

Compensation & Growth

This is a monthly salaried position with bonus commission on all new customer sales made through our Shopify store via your marketing efforts. As sales grow, so will your earning potential. This is a long-term role with space to grow alongside our brand.

Working Hours & Commitment

This is a full-time position. We require your full focus and do not allow commitments to other companies during working hours. We’re looking for someone who can dedicate themselves fully to RIMMBA and grow with us long term.

Important Note: This is Not Just a Website Maintenance Role

We’re looking for someone who knows how to make sales online — not just run an existing website. This role is for a digital marketing strategist and executor who can drive measurable sales through our online platforms.
