Job Description:

Missions:

• Coordinate scoping, development, testing of all Ecommerce’s projects linked to the technical roadmap
• Manage Ecommerce technical roadmap, milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external resources throughout the entire project’s life cycle
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvements that would increase sales, reduce expenses and improve the customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
• Analyze metrics to understand project’s performances
• Manage Omnichannel projects to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, adherence to standard operating procedures, and high-efficiency completion of tasks
• Design, build and implement new omnichannel initiatives across cross-functional teams by proposing, defining and driving operational projects
• Manage boutiques updates on store locator, Google My Business and Omni-channel tools.

Job Profile:

• Strong E-commerce and digital skills, preferably in the Retail & Fashion industry
• Experience as a Product Owner working closely with technical development teams with Agile delivery methodologies
• Proven track record of prioritizing and making data-driven decisions on requirements and deliverables in a constantly changing environment
• Team-player, proactive, problem solver and passionate about digital
• Considered as a plus: data analysis skills (Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc)

6 months fixed term contract
