Job summary

CHANEL Tech Europe is expanding its digital product leadership to accelerate eCommerce, mCommerce and omnichannel initiatives across Europe. The E-commerce Product Owner will translate business goals into tangible product capabilities, establish governance, and drive a coherent roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and Global IT teams.

Based in Europe, you will structure discovery, maintain backlogs, manage dependencies across platforms, and ensure timely delivery while promoting

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in eCommerce, omnichannel platforms and digital product transformation.
Master's degree or equivalent; significant experience in eCommerce or omnichannel environments.
Strong experience as a Product Owner/Manager leading high-visibility platforms or modernization programmes.

Responsibilities

Drive the technology vision and roadmap for eCommerce and mCommerce products.
Structure discovery, the product backlog and functional definition.
Ensure functional coherence across the eCommerce ecosystem and manage dependencies.
Enable quality delivery and product adoption through deliverables, testing and go-lives.
Foster alignment through product governance and cross-functional leadership.
