E-Commerce (Amazon Marketplace) Admin + Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a long-term, dedicated team member to join our fast-growing ecommerce company.

You will be joining a supportive environment with two full-time Indonesian staff already working from our manager’s office in Dalung (East of Canggu). After approximately six months of in-office training, our team members have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. We intend to follow the same model for this new role.

REQUIREMENTS

A suitable work area at home that can fit 2 x 24-inch PC monitors and a full-size keyboard (equipment will be provided).

Reliable home internet connection.

Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (with occasional Saturday work of up to 2 hours for emergencies).

Must live within 45 minutes of Dalung, Bali.

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or IT.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is a long-term role with excellent career growth and incentive opportunities.

You will be expected to train new team members once you are confident in your role.

This role involves inventory and operational management, which requires strong intelligence and problem-solving ability.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Managing the Amazon Seller Central portal.

Inventory control and product stock management.

Freight and logistics coordination.

Overseeing order fulfillment processes.

Managing advertising and performing SEO tasks.

Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Communicating with content creators and influencers.

Handling various admin and project-based tasks.
