Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s M365, Azure, Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Role Overview

The role requires a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join a dynamic D365 consultancy services team. A Lead Consultant supports the Practice Lead and Principal Consultant to ensure smooth operations, acts as a bridge between onsite engagement and the client team, and is responsible for translating engagement requirements into actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Degree educated; Master’s preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred)
• 9 to 11 years of relevant experience, especially in Microsoft Dynamics professional services
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Fluency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian is preferred
• Knowledge of interfaces and integrations is an asset
• Experience with Azure DevOps is beneficial
• Strong MS Office skills; Visio is a plus
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Business Intelligence is a plus
• Experience in presales activities
• Data Migration experience
• Knowledge of RSAT and LCS is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in D365FO functional areas such as Project Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Field Service
• Lead Finance Business Partner of Digital Platforms within Connected Technology
• Gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables with onsite and client teams
• Ensure quality delivery and participate in system and functional testing
• Lead and manage a team of talented consultants
• Work on product interfaces and integrations
• Document requirements and perform gap/fit analysis
• Manage scope and change control
• Design solutions, create documentation, and deliver end-user training
• Provide onsite support during delivery and go-live phases
• Respond to RFPs and RFQs
• Stay informed about product roadmap and future releases
• Complete internal processes and mandatory training timely
• Participate in practice development activities and knowledge sharing
• Manage workload distribution and support team engagement and retention
• Assist with resource planning and recruitment
• Follow client information security policies
