Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant – Up to €52,000 – Malta

Pearson Carter is proud to partner with a leading professional services organisation in Malta as they continue to strengthen their Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. As part of a strategic digital transformation journey, they are now seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious business, play a critical role in D365 implementations, and work on high-impact projects across a variety of industries.

They offer a highly competitive salary of up to €52,000 depending on experience, along with a strong benefits package and excellent career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements

Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business needs

Provide support, training, and documentation to users

Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and project managers

Ensure solutions align with best practices and business goals

Experience Required:

Over 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O / AX in a functional or consultancy role

Proven background in delivering end-to-end D365 F&O implementations

Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes

Experience working with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure is an advantage

Excellent understanding and knowledge of core D365 F&O finance modules

Salary Package:

Up to €52,000 per annum, depending on experience

Based in Malta, with flexibility for some hybrid working
