  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist users with ride bookings, app functionalities, and payment inquiries.
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address operational challenges.
  • Stay informed about app updates, features, and ride-sharing trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or ride-sharing industry.
