Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and technical support.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest music trends, platform features, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
  • A passion for music and understanding of music streaming platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
