Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile banking services.
  • Assist customers with account management, app functionality, and transaction inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support improvements.
  • Stay updated on banking trends and mobile app functionalities to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
