Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
  • Efficiently handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
