Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, sizing, order tracking, and return processes.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the fashion and logistics teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product details to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
