Qonto is seeking a Customer Care Onboarding Specialist for a Fixed Term Contract from August to December 2026. You will play a crucial role in guiding Dutch customers through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless experience. Qualifications

• Up to one year in customer support or a client-facing role.
• Ability to adapt communication style to each customer's needs.
• Strong results-driven approach with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to Dutch customers via email and phone.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the product.
• Develop new problem-solving approaches and keep the team informed.
