Qualifications

• Based in Rennes (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months.
• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate.
• Financial stability is essential for a commission-based role (6 months of savings recommended).
• Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements.
• Advise clients on opportunities across Dubai market, including ready and off-plan properties.
• Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and close transactions.
• Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process.
• Work with marketing and admin teams to maximise exposure and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners and match to properties.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, pricing, developments and inventory.
