Betterhomes is seeking a Real Estate Agent willing to relocate to Dubai. The role offers uncapped commissions (up to 65%), full training, and access to a high-volume lead flow. You will work with a top brand, receive visa support, and enjoy comprehensive benefits while building a network of clients in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment – Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
• Be fluent in English
• Have a valid driving license
• Have a proactive can-do attitude
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• You will be resilient and have a passion for delivering results while also building lasting relationships with clients.
