Our day services support people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism with high needs. This is an opportunity to be part of a service that makes a real difference to the lives of those individuals and their families.

About the Role

Our transport service is based at our day services. We operate a fleet of vehicles to collect people from the local community and bring them to our service, where they participate in activities and receive support. Transport is staffed by drivers accompanied by transport escorts from our support team.

The role involves AM and PM transport runs. Between driving duties, you will assist in groups or provide 1-1 support, completing care tasks such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and helping support workers deliver excellent service. Drivers have scheduled breaks to ensure sufficient rest between duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Care experience (preferred but not essential)
• The ability to work in a physically demanding role
