AIRBUS OPERATIONS SAS in Toulouse is seeking a SE/MBSE Capabilities Leader to drive the digital transformation of propulsion engineering. You will join the Propulsion Engineering center and lead MBSE initiatives across architecture, test, and qualification.

You will coach engineering teams on modeling tools such as Cameo and Capella, build multi-year roadmaps, align with engine manufacturers and internal teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE and SysML methodologies.
• Ability to build and execute multi-year capability roadmaps.
• Experience coaching engineering teams on modeling tools.
• Strong cross-functional alignment with external partners.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute a multi-year financial and capability roadmap for MBSE tools and processes.
• Deploy scaled SysML and MBSE capabilities across architecture, test, validation, and qualification for propulsion systems across the digital ecosystem.
• Steer cross-functional technical alignment with engine manufacturers, powerplant suppliers, and internal teams to enforce system coherence.
• Coach engineering teams and managers directly on modeling tools to drive method adoption across project perimeters.
• Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement for the Propulsion center.
