Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane seeks an Engineering Method and Tools for MBSE (m/f) to join the Engineering Enablers – ETE team. You will help define MBSE strategies and integrate tools and workflows to improve system modeling and digital continuity across design, simulation and validation.

You will collaborate with architects, Weight & Balance, safety and mission systems experts, driving MBSE landscape, model‑based workflows, and end‑to‑end product development to support advanced aircraft

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MBSE approaches for vehicle or mission equipment trade-offs.
• Experience using MBSE tools (Enterprise Architecture, Capella, MagicDraw, CATIA, IBM Rhapsody) and SysML.
• Experience in Computer Aided Engineering or MBSE-driven simulations and modelling.
• English: Advanced, French: Fluent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of strategical MBSE roadmaps for integration in vehicle/avionics implementation studies.
• Set up coaching for MBSE methodologies and predictive simulations including Weight & Balance.
• Lead tool support activities across MBSE landscape and simulation integration.
• Serve as the focal point for engineers to ensure digital integration of MBSE processes and models validation, reuse and systems of systems concepts.
• Participate in group projects like the DDMS digital continuity transformation, focusing on MBSE inputs for simulations.
• Collaborate with experts from multiple engineering métiers (architects, weight & balance, safety, mission systems, simulation).
