Description du poste

· • Prepare detailed architectural drawings for villa projects (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details)

· • Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from internal stakeholders or clients

· • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards

· • Collaborate with the design and development teams during planning and construction phases

· • Support 3D rendering & visualization when needed

· • Maintain organized digital archives of all drafts, revisions, and technical files

· • Perform site visits when required to coordinate design execution and verify accuracy

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

· • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

· • Proficient in AutoCAD (must-have), SketchUp, and optionally Revit or Lumion

· • Familiar with technical drawing standards and architectural detailing

· • Knowledge of local Balinese regulations and building codes is a plus

· • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· • Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines

· • Strong communication and teamwork skills

· • Preferably based in Bali or open to relocation
