Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce plans, elevations, sections, and details from field measurements, sketches, and mark-ups provided by Project Managers.
2. Perform Revit drafting work in accordance with office standards and procedures.
3. Coordinate project information and needs with Project Manager, Contractors, and Clients.
4. Perform field verification.
5. Photograph current or potential projects.
6. Develop draft specifications.
7. Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area of study and a minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of construction materials and building assemblies.
• Experience with Massachusetts procurement law and public projects.
• Strong understanding of Building Technology and Means and Methods.
• Experience with Building Envelope Technology preferred, but not required.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate information verbally, graphically, and in writing.
• Ability to apply common sense to solve problems and make decisions in non-standard situations.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Familiar with federal, state, and local codes as applicable to projects.
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills.
