Job Description: Dock Worker - St. Louis, MO, Saint-Louis

Summary:

• ADM is seeking a laborer to work as a barge cleaner at our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) wash dock location in St. Louis, MO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning the decks, hoppers, and covers of barges
• Cleaning tank barges
• Preparing cleaning tasks using pumps, wash hoses, and hooking up a crane
• General cleaning and maintenance of crane barges, shops, and yards
• Using hand signals for safe crane operations
• Assisting harbor boats, mechanics, and welders
• Performing additional duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow directions and execute tasks under supervision
• Crane operating experience preferred but not required
• Reading and writing skills sufficient for documentation
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work in all climates
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ADM core values
• Willingness to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
