Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'expérience en architecture de matériel roulant.
  • Connaissance en ingénierie PLM et structuration des données avec ENOVIA.

Responsabilités

  • Définir les processus métier liés au Digital Mock-Up (DMU).
  • Améliorer les processus PLM existants et définir de nouveaux.

Within the Rolling Stock & Components (RSC) Development & Operations Product Line, TDO (Train Design Office) and its “Mechanical Digital Process team” supports and accelerates the company’s Digital Transformation by unifying its Métier processes to ensure Digital Continuity and Collaboration.

Could you be the full-time DMU & PLM Process Leader in Saint-Ouen, France we’re looking for?

Your future role

Within this organization, you will be defining the Train Design business processes in relation to the Digital Mock-Up (DMU).

You will improve existing PLM processes (ENOVIA/DMA and DELMIA) and define new ones as part of the PLM4A (3DEXPERIENCE) project for Alstom sites worldwide.

  • You will be responsible for the DMU structure, objects, and attributes:
    • Define and maintain parts naming rules.
    • Define the structure of the “As-Designed” nomenclature (eBOM), taking into account industrial constraints (mBOM).
    • Define methods and specify tools to monitor and guarantee data quality.
  • You will contribute to the Group's Digital Transformation by defining and continuously improving mechanical processes using the new PLM4A data model:
    • Improve the process for interfaces and interferences management in the digital mock-up.
    • Define configuration management and product baselining strategy along the development cycle.
    • Propose new approaches to manage DMU that promote the re-use of PLM assets on other projects (re-use of 3D models, drawings, work instructions, etc.).
  • You will define the company’s central cross-functional processes:
    • Collect and analyze the best practices from the sites.
    • Seek convergence and build consensus with sites representatives from different Métiers.
    • Formalize and then present the converged processes and RACI to all stakeholders.
    • Rolling out central processes to the sites, providing support and training to ensure that they are properly understood and applied.

All about you

Profile:

  • 5 years’ experience in Rolling Stock architecture.
  • Experience in mechanical interfaces definition and management (TMIE in Alstom).
  • Knowledge in PLM Engineering and data structuration with ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE (PLM4A).
  • Knowledge in product line management with diversity is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Compo/ Bogie is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze complex information, data flows, and extract essential facts in order to synthesize a standard process.
  • Open and diplomatic mindset that considers different experiences.
  • Ability to communicate and lead international and cross-expertise working groups to reach consensus.
  • Hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset.
