For our Design Center in Athens, Greece we are looking for a creative, committed and ambitious individual to join the team.

Main duties and responsibilities

Organize and coordinate the activity in Design Center
Provide the necessary resources for the smoothly functioning of the Design Center
Work with a wide range of customers: architects, builders, designers, homeowners in order to present and sell the full range of Kronospan products
Provide a successful buying experience throughout the customer journey with the positive attitude to exceed our customer's expectations
Maintain knowledge of all product information and pricing
Develop material and colour solutions for interior design
Actively initiates and participates in the organization of events, workshops and other promotional activities
Keep up with interior trends and coordinate Design Center merchandising and appearance
Provide on-the-job training for the Design Center staff
Maintain and grow a strong client base

Requirements

Knowledge of industry sourcing (furniture; interior finishing materials)
Excellent presentational skills; ability to speak in front of audience
Management, problem solving and listening skills
Management & sales experience on a similar position
The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
Positive and team-worker attitude
Highly organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
General skills in Adobe Photoshop and Sketch Up is an advantage
Fluency in English
Flexibility to work in a retail schedule
