Reporting to the Director of Talents, Organization, L&D and D&I, you will develop and lead the Group's D&I strategy to promote equity and respect for diversity, while ensuring the integration of these principles within the Group. You will also manage employee engagement programs.
Your responsibilities include:
Holder of a Master's degree (Bac) or equivalent experience, specializing in Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing/Communication, Sociology, Political Science, or any other relevant field, with significant experience (minimum 5 years) in Human Resources or managerial functions.
Recognized for your project management and change management skills, you have a good understanding of HR processes. Proficient in interview techniques and leading workgroups; ideally, you are trained in mentoring and co-development.
Possessing strong listening and communication skills, you can work in networks and unite teams. Your persuasive power and leadership enable you to influence, manage, and engage your internal and external stakeholders. You are comfortable operating in a multicultural environment.
Your analytical, synthesis, and rigorous skills allow you to build solid diagnostics and strategies in Diversity & Inclusion. You are proficient in performance indicators and the development of relevant dashboards for activity monitoring.
Fluency in English is required given the international scope of the role.
