Job Title: Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

Job Description:

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone, leading the implementation of service processes, and supporting business operations and improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing EV service workshops in compliance with safety norms and operational guidelines.
  2. Driving growth in After Sales Service to expand customer market share.
  3. Achieving workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  4. Ensuring penetration of Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, and Maintenance Contracts.
  5. Supporting strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer visits.
  6. Resolving customer complaints effectively within agreed timelines.
  7. Promoting service engagement campaigns and participating in customer events.
  8. Leading product quality reporting initiatives and collecting feedback for quality improvements.
  9. Designing service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  10. Providing proactive customer communication on safety tips and promoting peace-of-mind products.
  11. Understanding customer profiles to refine service offerings.
  12. Assisting in spare parts management and coordinating with factory teams.
  13. Ensuring service readiness for new models, including training and parts availability.
  14. Supporting onboarding and operational setup for new dealers.
  15. Boosting dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.

Qualifications and experience required include extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer service and parts operations, territory management, dealer contact experience, and fluency in English and French, with additional languages preferred.

This role is positioned within Royal Enfield's Electric Vehicles Division, focusing on innovative and connected electric motorcycles, with a team of over 200 engineers dedicated to developing proprietary technology.
