Job Title: Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

Job Description:

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone, leading the implementation of service processes, guiding overall business operations, identifying improvement areas, and supporting new project deployment.

  • Establish EV service workshops aligned with company standards, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
  • Drive growth in After Sales Service to expand customer market share within the zone.
  • Achieve workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  • Ensure penetration of Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Support strategic spare parts planning, dealer visits, and competitor analysis.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, including onsite resolution and feedback management.
  • Promote service engagement campaigns through collaborations and customer events.
  • Lead product quality initiatives, including feedback collection and warranty audits.
  • Design service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  • Proactively communicate safety tips and promote peace-of-mind products.
  • Assist in understanding customer profiles to refine service offerings.
  • Manage spare parts coordination with channel partners and factory teams.
  • Ensure readiness for new models with timely training and parts availability.
  • Support onboarding of new dealers and ensure timely completion of service projects.
  • Boost dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Extensive service marketing experience and knowledge of dealer service/parts operations.
  • Territory management and dealer contact experience.
  • Fluent or conversational in English and French; knowledge of German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
