Job Title: Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division
As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone, leading the implementation of various service processes. Your responsibilities include guiding overall business operations, identifying areas for improvement, supporting new project implementation, establishing EV service workshops, driving growth in after-sales services, and ensuring compliance with safety norms.
You will also work on increasing workshop load, penetrating Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts, supporting strategic spare parts planning, resolving customer complaints, promoting service campaigns, and leading product quality reporting initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include designing service schemes to increase workshop footfall, ensuring proactive customer communication, providing spare parts management support, ensuring new model service readiness, supporting dealer onboarding, and boosting dealer profitability.
