Job Title: Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

Job Description:

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone, leading the implementation of service processes, and providing guidance on business operations. Your role includes establishing EV service workshops, driving growth in After Sales Service, achieving workshop loading targets, and ensuring penetration of Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts.

You will support strategic planning for spare parts, ensure effective resolution of customer complaints, promote service engagement campaigns, lead product quality reporting initiatives, and design attractive service schemes to increase workshop footfall. Additionally, you will communicate proactively with customers, assist with spare parts management, ensure service readiness for new models, and support onboarding of new dealers.

This role requires extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer service and parts operations, territory management, dealer contact experience, and fluency in English, French, and ideally another language such as German, Italian, or Spanish.
