  • Analyze commercial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement focused action plans to improve results.
  • Translate performance data into practical insights and clear actions, connecting business results with in-store behaviors and customer experience.
  • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, operational execution, and adherence to retail standards.
  • Develop and lead performance recovery plans for underperforming stores, providing hands‑on support until sustainable improvement is achieved.
  • Champion brand identity and ensure strong execution of visual merchandising, product storytelling, customer experience, and brand standards.
  • Lead new store openings and support the recruitment and onboarding of store talent.
  • Foster an inclusive, people‑first culture centered on teamwork, accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, processes, and commercial priorities are implemented consistently and on time across the district.

  • Act as the voice of store teams with central and headquarters functions, sharing field insights and supporting the execution of broader retail strategies.
  • Communicate priorities, process changes, expectations, and performance objectives clearly to Store Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and other support functions to maintain strong operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the district while balancing commercial priorities, people development, and operational excellence.
Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple stores simultaneously and delivering strong commercial and operational results.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve store performance through structured coaching, performance management, and action planning.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching, developing, motivating, and engaging Store Managers and wider retail teams.
  • Data‑driven approach with strong business acumen and the ability to turn KPIs and performance trends into actionable decisions.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with store teams and central stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 80% or more, including air travel and overnight stays.
