Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience en gestion des revenus et/ou distribution.
• Anglais courant, le français et l'allemand sont un plus.
• Expérience internationale est avantageuse.

Responsabilités

• Supporter le développement et le déploiement de la stratégie de gestion des revenus.
• Produire des rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires.
• Coordonner les activités administratives quotidiennes dans le département.

PROFILE

We are looking for our future Distribution & Revenue Management Coordinator to join our team at the Corporate Office located in Paris.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Support the development and deployment of the Oetker Collection Revenue Management Strategy.
• Act as a knowledge expert and a highly informed communicator on both internal and external revenue management matters.
• Provide direction and oversee revenue strategy together with the Executive team.
• Maintain all rate information, package codes, and descriptions.
• Distribute revenue updates monthly and complete the annual budget preparation.
• Forecast future business and operational considerations, providing accurate forecasts and comparing Forecast / Actual.
• Produce daily and weekly reports.
• Be aware of the market and conduct competitor analysis.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities within the department (emails, updates, reports, presentations).
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels, proactively reporting all related projects.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with all departments throughout the hotels and the Oetker collection network.
• Possess skills in necessary software (Pack Office, Opera PMS, RMS Ideas and/or EzRms, SynXis, LightHouse).
• Nurture curiosity for new technology and its potential benefits.

Competencies & Critical Skills

Core Skills & Competencies:

• University level education or hotel experience with prior yield/revenue management/reservations experience.
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• International experience is advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Revenue Management and/or Distribution.
• Excellent computer skills.
