Overview

Danone is seeking a highly experienced Distribution Network Optimization Manager to design, lead, and implement data-driven distribution network transformation initiatives that optimize warehouse footprint, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance delivery performance, while ensuring operational continuity and enabling Danone’s growth, customer-centricity, and long-term supply chain resilience.

About you

Degrees related to Engineering, Finance, Business, Administration (preferred) Bachelor’s (required)

Master’s (preferred)

Advanced English proficiency required

Experience:

• 8+ years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations, with direct experience in network design, site closures, and large-scale transformation projects
• Strong exposure to 3PL operations and contract management
• Proven track record in driving cost optimization and operational redesign Tecnichal Knowledge:
• Advanced data analysis capabilities (SQL, Power BI, Excel, or equivalent)
• Strong financial acumen: cost modeling, ROI analysis, Capex/Opex control
• Expertise in WMS, TMS, and network design tools
• Familiarity with warehouse layout design and labor productivity methods
