Club Med recherche un guide touristique pour un contrat saisonnier d'une durée de 6 à 12 mois. Vous serez responsable de l'organisation d'excursions, de la promotion des activités et de l'accompagnement des clients, tout en garantissant la sécurité et l'hygiène. Qualifications

• Bilingue en anglais et français, d’autres langues sont un plus.
• Expérience en direction de tours est obligatoire.

Responsabilités

• Être attentionné aux besoins des clients pour favoriser la fidélisation.
• Promouvoir et vendre des produits liés au département des excursions.
• Diriger et accompagner des groupes en excursions tout en partageant des connaissances.

• CPR & First Aid mandatory
• Good computer knowledge
• Driving licence preferred

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objectives). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, along with other advantages of the group.

You will

• Be attentive to clients, their needs, and expectations to foster regular customers
• Promote and sell all products related to the excursions department by highlighting the beauty and richness of the region and country, as well as cultural events in Club Med
• Lead and accompany groups on excursions, sharing knowledge of history, geography, economics, demography, local traditions, and practices
• Consider customer feedback and relay suggestions to your manager
• Ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed during village activities and excursions
