Job description

We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

You are

You will

• Be attentive to the clients, their needs and their expectations to gain regular customers
• Sell and promote all products related to the excursions department, highlighting the beauty and richness of the region and country where the resort is located, as well as cultural events in Club Med
• Accompany and lead groups on excursions, covering topics like history, geography, economics, demography, local traditions, and practices
• Take into account customers’ comments and suggestions and relay them to your manager
• Ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed in the village and during excursions
