Job Overview

We are seeking a lab filtration sales specialist to join our team, responsible for France South, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges.
  • Collaborate with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists to manage strategy, support, motivation, and training for both direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Create demand among end users and allocate at least 70% of time in the field.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals, engaging with all key influencers such as users and decision makers.
  • Maintain high product knowledge of Cytiva and competitors.
  • Use CRM system effectively for customer management and transparency.
  • Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions.
  • Prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Deliver presentations to promote new business growth.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree and experience in filtration applications or related products.
  • Preferably +3 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the region, including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Experience working with distributors (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
