We are seeking a Lab Filtration Sales Specialist to join our team, responsible for France South, working remotely.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges.
  • Collaborate with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists to manage direct and indirect sales strategies, providing support, motivation, and training.
  • Create demand among end users for both direct and indirect customers, spending at least 70% of your time in the field.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals, engaging with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Cytiva and competitors.
  • Use CRM system actively for customer management and transparency.
  • Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions.
  • Prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Deliver presentations to promote new business growth.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Degree and experience in filtration applications or related products.
  • Preferably over 3 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the region with occasional overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Experience working with distributors (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
