Job summary

Steering Point in Luxembourg seeks a Director of Valuations to lead a busy Valuations practice within their Deal Advisory team. You will focus on valuation, M&A and corporate advisory, while helping with business development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Leading a team of advisers and managers, you will report to partners, deliver robust analyses, and leverage the firm’s pan-European network to win new work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking.
• Advanced valuation and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent report writing and client communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage projects and teams.
• Business development mindset with the ability to pitch proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams on M&A, valuation, and corporate advisory projects.
• Prepare detailed financial modelling and analyses with multiple methodologies.
• Produce clear client reports and information memoranda.
• Coach and guide junior team members.
• Identify opportunities and present proposals to clients.
• Network with clients and Steering Point's international network.
