Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR / P&O experience in complex, international and matrixed organizations.
• Experience in talent, performance, succession planning, and engagement.
• Experience in multi-site and multi-country management.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations leaders to define and execute the people strategy.
• Lead organizational design and change management.
• Support key Associates Relations issues and investigations.
