Antech Diagnostics, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, seeks a People & Organization Director to shape the EU+APAC lab HR agenda. You will partner with senior Operations leaders to drive organizational design, talent and employee relations across Europe, deploying core HR processes and leading a cross-country P&O team.

You will champion Mars Five Principles, drive change management, and ensure a strong associate experience while aligning with business priorities and local labor laws across

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR/P&O in international organizations.
• Business partnering with senior leaders.
• Employee relations experience in at least one European country (France or Germany preferred).
• Multi-site and multi-country experience (EU preferred).
• Experience deploying core HR processes (talent, performance, succession, engagement).
• Experience leading teams (people management) and supporting organizational transformation.
• Degree in HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Hire, train, develop, manage performance, provide leadership, and ensure success of the P&O team.
• Lead organizational design, deployment and change management.
• Leverage data to propose adequate strategies and action plans (staffing rates, stay interview insights, exit interview surveys, turnover, etc.).
• Support the design by partnering with P&O CoEs and lead the deployment of signature processes (PDP, MAS, Culture…).
• Lead the Talent/Succession Planning agenda.
• Support key Associates Relations issues and complex investigations according to each country’s labor law.
• Drive a strong collaboration and partnership with AR and Legal teams, to build capabilities across P&O and Operations Leaders.
• Partner and collaborate with the European Commercial Leadership Team and P&O Team.
• Champion our SDx Culture and Mars Five Principles.
