The opportunity

We're looking for a top-tier sales leader to join our Paris office. As our new Director of Strategic Sales, you will be instrumental in driving our commercial success by targeting and winning major global accounts. This is a high-impact position where your strategy and leadership will directly shape the future of our Air and Ocean services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure high-value, Tier 1 global accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing major deals and expanding client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients.
Who you are
  • An experienced sales leader with a proven track record of winning and growing Tier 1 enterprise-level accounts, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
  • A natural business developer with a deep understanding of complex, multinational sales cycles.
  • A powerful negotiator and communicator who builds trusted, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial drive, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events.
