• Significant software engineering experience with an architecture/leadership track record.
• Ability to guide a senior team and influence architectural decisions.
• Experience leading distributed, international teams across offices and remote work.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the STEER Suite architecture and technical direction.
• Lead a compact, senior engineering team and mentor engineers.
• Own sprint cadence, backlog triage, and delivery across a hybrid, international setup.
• Collaborate with CPTO on product-related topics and handovers to operations.
• Raise engineering standards, documentation, and production readiness.
