Job Description:

Summary: The Director of Sales – New Business (Northern Europe) is responsible for executing PRGX’s sales vision, strategy, and plans to drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets and brand presence, and achieve financial objectives within new logo and existing clients in Northern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue sales opportunities for PRGX’s services and products within new and existing clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand PRGX’s strengths and craft effective sales strategies.
  4. Ensure excellent client experiences by understanding client needs.
  5. Create strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion.
  6. Support internal stakeholders in enterprise technology initiatives.
  7. Utilize PRGX’s sales process and Challenger sales methodology to differentiate client experiences.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  9. Oversee proposal and contract development, negotiations, and finalization with legal support.
  10. Stay informed about market and industry trends to position PRGX for growth.
  11. Identify sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
  12. Partner with operations to maintain client relationships and identify leads.
  13. Communicate the value of PRGX’s offerings effectively to clients.
  14. Coordinate with sales engineering, operations, finance, and leadership as needed.
  15. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of enterprise services and/or technology sales experience.
  • Experience selling to procurement or category management groups is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and meet sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and impact orientation.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU up to 30%.
